Ministry Opportunities
The Primary purpose of ECC Prayer Ministry is to cultivate a culture of prayer within our church community, encouraging our family to prioritize a lifestyle of prayer and to actively engage in intercession for the needs of others.
Sunday Prayer Time
8:00AM - 9:00AM in ECC Sanctuary, Contact: Pastor Joshua Grosko, Email: joshuagrosko@eccshawnee.org
Our Morning Prayer is a special time to welcome God’s presence and prepare our hearts for worship. Through a mix of personal and united prayers, we seek His guidance, invite His glory, and open our hearts to what the Holy Spirit wants to do in our service. Whether you’re a seasoned prayer warrior or simply in need of a blessing, this Morning Prayer is a foundation that the rest of our Sunday can build upon.
Pre-Service Prayer
9:40AM - 10:00AM in Prayer Room, Contact: Pastor Joshua Grosko, Email: joshuagrosko@eccshawnee.org
Before anyone greets, leads or teaches someone prays. Pre-service prayer is where we lift up every servant, from greeters to pastors, asking God for strength, grace, and fresh anointing. Join us each week as we seek God’s presence, cover those who serve, and stay focused on what matters most. Whether you’re on the prayer team or simply have a heart to bless others, this moment is for you.
Prayer Teams
Sunday mornings at ECC are a time of joyful worship, heartfelt teaching, and meaningful encounters with God. During each service, there’s often a moment of decision, a call to respond, rededicate, or receive healing. In these sacred moments, many are stirred by the Holy Spirit to seek prayer. To ensure that everyone who responds receives care, we have a dedicated Sunday Service Prayer Team. These trained team members are ready to minister in Jesus’ name, offering personal prayer, encouragement, and spiritual support to all who come forward. Whether you’re making a decision, seeking healing, or just need someone to stand with you in faith, we’re here to pray with you.

Mobile Prayer Team
Prayers don’t stop at the church doors, it goes where the people are. The Mobile Prayer Team at ECC serves as the hands and feet of Jesus throughout the week, bringing comfort, hope, and faith-filled prayer to those in hospitals, care homes, and the homes of shut-in members. This is more than a visit, it is a Spirit-led opportunity to share God’s love and peace in life’s most vulnerable moments.
